You recently performed another import (military installations) that had some problems including:

• Duplicating existing features with lower quality data
• Not integrating your imported data with other surrounding features
• Not sanity checking the data
• Importing objects with no useful tags
• Not discussing the import with anyone
• Not responding to community input when these problems were noticed.

I will point you at the Import Guidelines again. Please do not perform another import without first resolving these problems.
