I’m placing a 0 hour block on your account because the Data Working Group (DWG) received information that the address import for Jefferson County, WA contains data incompatible with OSM. Specifically, the county’s data is shown as CCBY4.0 which is not compatible with ODbL used by OSM.

If you can provide us with information that you had specific permissions to use the data for OSM we can possibly avoid reverting the data. Otherwise, we will need to revert the three changesets shown below:
