Follow-on from osm.org/user_blocks/16714 , which in turn followed osm.org/user_blocks/16591 , osm.org/user_blocks/16582 and osm.org/user_blocks/16485 .

This account has been blocked for suspected block evasion, specifically for edits such as osm.org/changeset/157196751 . The comment there was “This road is closed for 4 calendar days. https://api-gb.one.network/downloads/tm/1016/trc-hs2-5262-aylesbury-road_138669357_3731077_0d4f201a101be326c1-9e2a-51d2-cf3b-15cb38bc55aa.pdf”. If that is your only source there may be a problem, as that might not be compatible with OSM. However, you may have other sources (such as survey).

As noted previously, you need to discuss these edits with the community.
