Previously I said “It is clear that your edits are not appreciated with a number of people in the OpenStreetMap community. Before making further non-survey-based or “Adresse korrigiert” edits you must discuss these edits with the community at the forum and gain agreement there that your approach is in line with the rest of the community. Failure to do so will result in your being blocked for longer.”
