you continue to add railways to OSM that do not exist any more, even though other mappers have asked you to stop:

Please don’t do this; it is a waste of your time and of the time of other mappers since they will have to remove the data again.

Abandoned railways can be added when they are still clearly visible, like for example the picture on the right hand side of this wiki article: osm.wiki/w/index.php?title=Tag:railway%3Dabandoned&oldid=2788046

However, if the former railway line has been built over, or reclaimed by nature to such a degree that the average person will not see an abandoned railway line when they look at it, then we will not map this in OSM. If you want to record such information, then OpenHistoricalMap is where you should be doing that.
