DWG received a report that use of BayernAtlas ALKIS-Parzellarkarte (Farbe) cadastral data is not compatible with OSM ODbL license. The report said that according to https://geodaten.bayern.de/opengeodata/OpenDataDetail.html?pn=parzellarkarte the data is licensed as CC BY-ND 4.0 which is not compatible with ODbL. The changesets involved are:

• osm.org/changeset/160800956
• osm.org/changeset/160869299
• osm.org/changeset/160754286

Please review the edits and revert them if the source is not ODbL compatible.
