A number of other Mappers have contacted us with concerns about your work on hiking trails in the Harriman State Park, in that it appears that you are in the process of adding fictitious items, possibly based on a book?

As OSM is used by so many various users, worldwide, it is essential that the utmost care be taken to ensure that only correct and factual information is added to the map.

Could you please provide us with proof that these trail names and features actually exist?

Once you have read this note, you will again be able to log-in and continue mapping in OSM.

However, if we have not heard from you with the required explanations by 10 January, further action may have to be taken.
