you have imported data into OpenStreetMap without linking to any previous discussion of the data import. You are using a buggy import script that creates wrong tags (“addr:house_number”, “addr:road”), sometimes with an empty value, and overwrites/damages existing data.

Before you continue your import, please discuss your import with the community (including the license of the data source, the method of import, and the planned tags), so that problems like that can be found before the import starts.
