you have been asked multiple times over the last years NOT to make changes to golf courses for what it seems like an external program importing the data only if they are a certain way in OpenStreetMap.

This is not acceptable. You have therefore been blocked for 1 week and I ask you to contact the DataWorkingGroup by email data@otrs.openstreetmap.org and explain your actions.
