This 0 hour block will expire after reading this message. I applaud your work to add 3D buildings. However, I strongly suggest that you review the wiki articles on how to map 3D buildings.

We have received complaints about your errors mapping parts of buildings including overlapping buildings and incorrect tags.

We also noticed that you delete existing buildings to add the 3D buildings. This is not only not necessary, it destroys the objects history. Instead of deleting the building, just modify the existing outline.

I would also suggest you should always respond to changeset comments. Communication between contributors to OSM helps us create a great map.
