I wish there was a nicer way of welcoming you to OSM, but unfortunately, this message is to advise that a temporary block has been placed on your OSM account.

We have detected some rather strange, as well as rather poor quality, mapping, done by you.

This includes mapping apparently fictitious features in the UK as part of a Philippines targeted HOT project, and also using a Rwanda project to map in India? In addition, you have mapped buildings on top of roads (that you have also mapped), as well as mapping other, virtually unrecognisable, dots out in the middle of nowhere, as other buildings?

Are you able to please explain your actions?

In addition, when other Mappers have left comments on your Changesets, pointing out issues, or requesting further information from you, you have not responded to them. We would ask you to please do so, as these comments usually have a very important role in preventing errors such as these from occurring.

Once you have read this message, you will again be able to log-in and continue mapping in OSM.

However, if we have not heard from you with the required explanations by 2 March, further action may have to be taken.
