During our discussion regarding osm.org/user_blocks/17383, you made the following promises:

• I promise I will always respond to changeset comments left by other users
• I promise I will provide accurate and meaningful changeset descriptions.
• I will improve the quality of my edits to align with OpenStreetMap standards.

However, in the very first changeset after the block was revoked, you already broke all of these promises.

• You added yet another blob of residential landuse that does not match anything visible in aerial imagery.
• Your changeset description did not match your edit.
• You did not respond to comments left on your changesets.

Furthermore, you have continued to add inaccurate data, including a non-existent motorway here and here as well as a light controlled pedestrian crossing in locations where such features do not exist.

Given these repeated issues, I am placing a new block on your account.
