Le projet dans lequel vous êtes impliqué fait clairement partie d’une importation, vous devez donc respecter les directives d’importation osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines Les importations doivent être discutées avec la communauté locale avant de commencer, je ne suis pas au courant d’une discussion avec la communauté française, corrigez-moi si je me trompe? Plutôt que de supprimer et de réimporter, vous devez fusionner les nouvelles données avec les données existantes.

La licence associée à https://adresse.data.gouv.fr/carte-base-adresse-nationale, en l’état, n’est pas compatible avec OSM car elle contient une clause selon laquelle la licence doit être attachée à toute utilisation de données.

Sous réserve de : • mentionner la paternité de l’«Information» : sa source (a minima le nom du « Concédant ») et la date de la dernière mise à jour de l’« Information » réutilisée. Le « Réutilisateur » peut notamment s’ acquitter de cette condition en indiquant l’adresse (URL) renvoyant vers « l’Information » et assurant une mention effective de sa paternité.

Ce n’est pas possible avec OSM, vous devrez donc obtenir l’autorisation pour contourner cette clause.

Encore une fois, la Communauté française est très probablement au courant de cet ensemble de données et aurait été en mesure de donner des conseils si elle avait été consultée.

Subject to: • mention the authorship of the “Information”: its source (minimumly the name of the “Licensor”) and the date of the last update of the reused “Information”. In particular, the “Resitant” may fulfil this condition by indicating the address (URL) referring to “Information” and ensuring an effective mention of his paternity. This is not possible with OSM, you will therefore need to get permission to bypass this clause.

Again the French Community are most likely aware of this dataset and would had been able to advise if consulted.
