I have asked you before:
osm.org/changeset/157432186

what exactly you mean with “UPDATE” as your only changeset comment. Updating is what ALL mappers do, but it is much more helpfull to others if you describe what you are updating!

Because you still keep using this highly nondescript comment, I have now blocked your account for 1 year, but this can be lifted once you have explained to the DWG your reasons for still using this “UPDATE” comment.
To do so, contact dwg at data@openstreetmap.org, using your username “WASO” and the text “Why I use UPDATE as a comment” in your message to us.
