However, to do this, the procedures laid out in both the Organised Editing osm.wiki/Organised_Editing, and Import, Guidelines osm.wiki/Import/Guidelines, have to be followed, and as far as we can tell, none of this has yet been done.

Please pass this message on to your Uber supervisor / organiser and ask them to contact us urgently.
