I gave you a chance to do the right thing, but you didn’t take it, so the block on your account has been re-imposed.

This time it will stay until you have created the required Organised Editing and Import pages.

As the quality of your mapping is still very poor (e.g. again deleting buildings and redrawing them badly, mapping apparently non existent buildings, non-square outlines etc), I have also again reverted your latest changes.
