OSM is a map of the world, reflecting what is there now. Your recent rail related additions (including 163983034 and 163864796) appear to reflect your desires for the future, which isn’t something that should be mapped in OSM.

You’re welcome to edit in OSM, but please make sure that what you’re adding really exists.
