I’ve reverted your change to the Somaliland boundary, because changes like that (especially to whether areas are disputed or not) really do need to be discussed in an international forum before they are made.

Please do discuss at https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/general/38 or https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/communities/africa/39 before unilaterally changing admin levels like this.

This doesn’t mean that your changes were wrong, just that it makes sense to discuss them first.

Bitte diskutieren Sie unter https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/general/38 oder https://community.openstreetmap.org/c/communities/africa/39, bevor Sie die Admin-Ebenen einseitig ändern.

Das bedeutet nicht, dass Ihre Änderungen falsch waren, sondern nur, dass es sinnvoll ist, sie zuerst zu diskutieren.
