This is being sent as a message that you have to read before continuing to map.

As has been pointed out a few times now, if a road (or in this case, driveway) exists on the ground, it will be mapped in OSM, together with appropriate access tags showing who may use it.

Once you have read this message, you will again be able to log-in and continue mapping in OSM, but we would ask you to please don’t persist in deleting these roads.
