Myself and another user have left notes on your changesets mentioning that you’ve been adding maxspeed tags to the wrong ways.

Please make sure you read and respond to those changeset comments and are choosing the correct items when editing OpenStreetMap.

I’ve reverted your edits, and once you’ve read this, you’ll be able to edit again, however you need to respond to those changeset comments and ensure you’re editing correctly.
