Hello yaswap, and welcome to OpenStreetMap.
A number of uers have tried to get in touch with you about your edits - you can see the list at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=7278518 . It’s possible that you haven’t seen these comments because your email is broken, so I’m sending this message as one that you have to read before you can continue editing.
OpenStreetMap is a collaborative project - we work together to create the best map. This means that when people try and contact us we don’t just ignore them (although most of the comments at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=7278518 are recent one goes back a couple of months) and we do use meaningful changeset comments unlike the one that you used on osm.org/changeset/57639420 .
Please do explain the source of your changes. The person who is asking you about osm.org/changeset/57591762 is very familiar with the area (which actually is not that far from me). You claimed in your changeset to use a source of “Bing aerial imagery” - how can you tell timed vehicle type access restrictions on that basis?
Therefore please do, before making any other edits, reply to those users who have tried to contact you and answer their questions. If you fail to do this you may be prevented from editing OpenStreetMap.
Best Regards,
Andy Townsend, on behalf of OSM’s Data Working Group
