In addition to that, I’d now ask what your source is for adding street numbers in osm.org/changeset/167632696 ?

You have quoted your only source as Bing Aerial Imagery which certainly doesn’t give this information.

This block will remain in place until you have confirmed the origin of these names, but if we have not heard from you with the required explanations by 24 June, further action may have to be taken.
