You were previously asked, both at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=5761149 and in osm.org/user_blocks/1774 , to not make political name changes to objects such as osm.org/node/1907401314 without proper discussion. The changeset comment there of “-“ is inadequate (and other comments such as “ndryshimët në Shqipëri - Kosova në gjuhën shqipe!” are inflammatory).

You’ll now be blocked from OSM for a period of time and obviously problematical changes reverted.
