I’m afraid I have to block this account for longer since you continue to add privacy-relevant information to OSM without specifying a source.

I have removed all name tags from building=house objects that you had added, however doubts remain about the source of the large number of POIs and names that you added all over Romania. A changeset comment of “UPDATE” is not enough; you need to specify where the data is from - a survey? Another map? A different source?
