for the second time you have now uploaded a lot of data into OSM that made no sense at all. osm.org/changeset/168144882 claims to add official names, when instead it added 241 line geometries paralleling the existing road network, all with a “fid” attribute and no further information.

Please contact data@osmfoundation.org quoting Ticket#2025062610000465 in the subject and explain what it is you aim to do in OpenStreetMap. Also please review our policies on data imports osm.wiki/Import and automated edits osm.wiki/Automated_edits to understand how the bulk addition of data to OSM is supposed to be done.
