This is advise that another block has been placed on your OSM account.

I lifted the previous block, after you agreed, on 21 June, to immediately revert the edits that you had made, deleting Berber and Kabyle names, and also respond to the comments and questions that had been left for you.

You have done neither of these things.

As a result, your account has been blocked, and all of your edits to date have been reverted.

I must also admit that I find it somewhat suspicious that, not long after your account was originally blocked, a different User appeared and immediately started making the same invalid edits? That account has now also been blocked.
