Follow-on block from previous ones.

There’s been little or no engaging with other mappers in response to questions at osm.org/user/yaswap/blocks or http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=7278518 . No explanation of why changes were made except “by accident”.

The latest problem change is osm.org/relation/6888467/history , which appears to be “no right turn at a node” but with no idea about where from or where to.
