it appears that you are conducting a data import into OSM without following our import guidelines. Those guidelines would, among other things, require that you

• discuss your import with the community before you execute it;
• document your import on the wiki;
• mention your data source;
• avoid the duplication of imported data with data already on OSM.

Since you have done none of these things, I am blocking your account; please get in touch with data@osmfoundation.org to resolve the matter. I am also removing the data you have added because it does not meet our quality requirements for imports.
