in osm.org/changeset/171365073 I pointed out to you that you are mapping caravans in a very unusual style. You have not responded to my comment, and instead continued to map caravans in the same way.

Could you reply to that comment and explain why you are creating two polygons and a multipolygon relation for each caravan?
