Dear user pavlinux,

we have been contacted by members of the Russian OSM community and they said that you were indiscrimnately deleting parts of Moscow and that they were unable to elicit a response from you. The have reverted your deletions, only for you to delete things again.

Are you doing this on purpose, or is this perhaps a software malfunction?
Please take care not to delete valuable data in the future. If you do delete something which is wrong or does not exist any more on the ground, simply put a proper changeset comment when uploading your changes, and people will understand what is happening.
