As I said in osm.org/user_blocks/2005 , A number of mappers have been trying to get in touch with you via changeset discussion comments - you can see them at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=1193932 . Please do reply to those messages (you can reply by following the link to the changeset concerned and typing your reply in the box), and answer all the questions that people are asking.

You’ve seen that block message and have continued without replying to other mappers’ messages so you will now be preventing from editing OSM for a period of time. If you’d like to say anything to the Data Working Group you can email us via data@osmfoundation.org .

Also, as previously mentioned - in future please do use meaningful changeset comments that explain the changes that you are making. If you don’t do this you’ll likely be prevented from editing OSM again.
