I noticed you conducting an import with these changesets

• osm.org/browse/changeset/12664234

• osm.org/browse/changeset/12660210

among others

The import guidelines require that imports be done from a dedicated account, after consultation with the local community and the imports@ mailing list and be documented on the wiki.

This import appears to violate these three requirements.

Dedicated account

I would suggest that the dedicated account

• have a link to your main account for contact purposes

and

• have a listing of any imports you have done on it with links to the entries in the import catalogue

Consultation

I reviewed my archive of the imports@ mailing list and was not able to find where this import was proposed.

Documentation

A search for INEGI found no documentation.

As a general reminder, the other import guidelines can be found on the wiki. These include

• having a plan to fix an mistakes in case of a broken upload

• other technical requirements

If this block has resulted in a broken upload of an import, please go ahead and fix it, by reverting if necessary. If you do not know how to revert a changeset let me know
