In addition, please do use meaningful changeset comments and meaningful source tags on changesets (rather then “… Moravia” which makes no sense on most changes).

Previously a DWG message osm.org/user_blocks/819 has said “We will have to block you for longer if you continue to create problems”. Consider this message one last chance.
