In osm.org/changeset/61373464 I asked about the existence of osm.org/way/593753460/history . There I suggested that you upload a GPS trace recorded by travelling down it, or photos on e.g. Mapillary. Have you done either of these?

Without anything like that, there’s really no evidence that it exists at all - it’s certainly not present on the imagery that you used in iD when making the edit.
