it appears that you have sent a personal message to many hundreds of OpenStreetMap contributors. This kind of message distribution is discouraged. Please find other ways to gather the information you are interested in. Emailing everyone who has contributed anything in North Korea is not a good idea. Many people you are contacting have just made a minor boundary correction or fixed a broken multipolygon, yet you inundate them with questions about whether their mapping is sponsored by state actors. Many recipients of your message are confused or even worried.

If you want to research user participation in OpenStreetMap, it would be best to start at one of the public mailing lists or forums (see lists.openstreetmap.org or forum.openstreetmap.org).
