Unfortunately, it looks like may of the edits that you’re making bear no resemblance to reality, as described in the many comments at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=9468176 .

It looks like you’re just trying to get around a block applied to a different user name. If this is not the case, please email the Data Working Group at data@osmfoundation.org, and also explain what you’ve been mapping in the changesets that have been commented on that you can see at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=9468176 .
