Although they were made a while ago, the comments made at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=8072117 haven’t been answered - perhaps you haven’t seen them? If you have (and have for example tidied up the data to best match satellite offsets) then it’s always best to add a comment to the changeset so that everyone knows your done it.
