there have been complaints on the mailing lists about your edits in Russia. It seems that you are not following the on-the-ground rule, i.e. you are adding things which are not there. Also, you seem to have deleted the work of others without explaining why (the changeset comment is an ideal place for that). Other mappers have tried to contact you about your actions, but have not received a reply.

Please explain your data sources, and respond to queries by community members. You are also welcome to join the "talk" list (see lists.openstreetmap.org) and answer questions there.
