Please don’t add fake data to OpenStreetMap (cities in Antarctica, etc.). OpenStreetMap is a map of things as they are, not as we might imagine them to be. If you’d like to not be restricted by the real world, perhaps https://opengeofiction.net might be what you are looking for.
