You have been importing data into OSM

Imports into OSM need to be from a dedicated account and must be discussed with the local community and the imports@ mailing list.

This import did not do so. It consists of ways with no meaningful tags.

I’ll go ahead and revert the uploads. What license was the data obtained under?
