you seem to have made a lot of erroneous edits since you signed up to OpenStreetMap yesterday. You are using the Potlatch editor in "live" mode ( Править вживую) which means that anything you do will be written directly to the OpenStreetMap database! Others have cleaned up the problems caused by your edits, but please be more careful in the future - if you use Potlatch's "edit with save" mode (Правка оффлайн) then you can play around and discard your edits later.
