Other mappers have tried to contact you about this activity both in private OSM messages and in changeset discussions but have not had a response, and you have continued your work. That’s why I am blocking your account now for a brief moment so that you cannot overlook this message. (Example: osm.org/changeset/70465714)

Your use of the “name” tag is not in line with common OSM practice; it is certain that the information you are wanting to place does not belong in the name tag but it is unclear if the information could perhaps be sensibly recorded in a different tag. It is also unclear where this information comes from (whether it is even admissible in OSM) and what it is supposed to mean.

It appears that this is a coordinated mapping activity. Please ask your project leader to document the activity on osm.wiki/Organised_Editing/Activities and follow the guidelines documented in https://wiki.osmfoundation.org/wiki/Organised_Editing_Guidelines. Also, please use the OSM user profile of every person involved in the activity to point to this documentation.

Please do not continue deleting buildings, or adding “name” tags to buildings, until you have reached an understanding with the rest of the Indonesia community about your mapping in OSM.
