I blocked your account a while ago and asked you to stop adding advertising to OSM (osm.org/user_blocks/2930). Shortly after that block has expired, you are continuing to do exactly what I asked you to stop, e.g.

osm.org/node/4574659098

has a description of “The clinic is internationally recognized as best in class pain management doctors & specialists and was selected to be a part of international medical team for Rio Olympic Games.”. This is not the kind of unbiased and factual information we want in OSM. Please do not do this, or I will have to block you from editing for a longer time.
