As mentioned before, a few people have asked you about your changes. A number of those have had to be reverted, like osm.org/changeset/72488887 , just today.

Please contact OSM’s Data Working Group before continuing to edit. You can email us at data@osmfoundation.org . Once you do that, we can revoke this block and discuss what it is that you’re trying to do. One more thing - in future please do use meaningful changeset comments. “gloucestershire 001” does not explain anything to anyone.
