Please don’t add pure advertising copy to OpenStreetMap; it will only get removed. If you have an actual office at an address then yes, by all means add that, and add OSM tags to say what sort of business it is (so that data users will be able to find it) but as you’ve seen spam text will just get deleted. If you’d like help with how to add your business have a look at the links from osm.org/welcome and osm.org/help .
