OpenStreetMap data is used by varies applications and website around the world, including the one you care Pokemon Go. Keep in mind that OpenStreetMap is a collaborative project with participants around the world. Data working group will ban you for you adding fake stuff and using not proper language when editing and upload data to OpenStreetMap.
