Lots of mappers have commented on your edits. You can see these comments at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=3031704 and you will also have been sent emails about them.

You were asked to make sure that you address all of the issues that are raised there before mapping anything else. You haven’t done that so you’ll be prevented from editing OSM for a period of time.

A number of the comments that have been made refer you to osm.wiki/Good_changeset_comments . This is important - other mappers need to be able to see what it is that you are doing and from what source. Simply saying “Nicaragua” is not good enough.
