As it says there, lots of users have commented about your changesets, and have complained that you are removing data. You will have received emails about each of these comments and you can also see them at http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=5442847 .

You were asked, before you do anything else, to explain to other mappers what you are doing. You can do this by going to one of the changesets that someone has commented on, typing in the comment box and clicking “comment”.

You will therefore be blocked for a period of time. If you have any questions, or if you change your mind about wanting to engage with the rest of the community, you can email us at data@osmfoundation.org.
