You’ve been repeatedly asked (see http://resultmaps.neis-one.org/osm-discussion-comments?uid=9514331 ) why you are continually reusing old nodes from across the world and tagging them with meaningless tags. You’re still doing this, so you’ll be prevented from editing in OpenStreetMap until you contact the Data Working Group and explain what is going on. You can email the DWG at data@osmfoundation.org or if communicating via email’s a problem send me an OSM message explaining.
