In a number of recent changesets you’ve added “is_in:county” and “is_in:country” to everything you’ve written, including this house osm.org/way/394207127 and each node that forms part of it.

This makes no sense; OSM is a geographical database, so there’s usually no need to write “is_in” tags for anything (and certainly not for every single node you touch).
